Please note that a handling fee (1,000 yen per case) will be charged for disclosure of personal information, notification of purpose of use, and disclosure of records of provision to third parties.

6. About voluntariness

Your provision of personal information to us is voluntary. However, if you choose not to provide the required information, you may not be able to access certain services.
